Internship ( week 3)

Salam.. huhu.. This week, I follow metering units. The work scopes were to check meter whether ok or not, install new meter and replace meter. Before “round” to find house, Pakcik Sidi and Abe Min brief me some part of meter and the function of meter. There are two type of meter that 1 phase meter and 3 phase meter. Besides that, meter divided into two; electronic and mechanical meter.

1 PHASE METER

Usually using 60A cut out and 30m fuse. Use one cut out and one fuse. There are 4 wires that connect to Tnb meter. 2 phase wire( 1 from street pole to meter and 1 from meter to db inside house) and 2 neutral wire ( 1 from street pole to meter and 1 from meter to db inside house).

3 PHASE METER

Usually used 100A cut out and 60m Fuse. Use 3 cut out and 3 fuse. For house that used larges load. 3 phase wire that indicate red, yellow and blue. 1 neutral wire color with black.

CT METER

Used in commercial building or biggest building that used larges of load. That power supply are direct connection from underground cable. All task relation with CT meter will refer to TNB kota bharu. Every day, many meters should install. This meter very cheaper than lct meter. So, tnb responsible to fulfill the customer demand. Hehe..

Hehe.. welcome everyone.. i will continue my internship story.. hehe.. Wednesday, time to get H1N1 injection vaksin.. All staffs and trainees are compulsory to take an injection at 2nd floor. This injection is to avoid tnb staff from suffer of H1N1 disease. So, after take inject, i decided to stay at office today.. Wakaka.. That good to me because, if we take inject outside tnb , maybe i lost rm70.. hehe..


So, thursday i decided to went out with PPB team agian. I went to first house and search any problem that happen. Then i found wire that connected between mast to meter tnb are blow. the wire blow at meter tnb. At that time, i went out with Tok Ayah aka mr syahbri and mr farhan ( same with my name).. huhu.. mr farhan is younger staff, that 24 year old.. huhu.. Upon time agoo, he study at ILSAS, and he know more about uniten.. huhu

Internship ( Week 2)

hehe.. How are u everyone? fine.. hehe.. For second week, i decided to went out with Pusat Pengurusan Bekalan (PPB) team. They go to check about complain report by consumer.. First case, i found the insulated piercing connector (IPC) wires are slack and burned. The IPC wire is tasking to connecting voltage to other area.

Many thing that i dont know about problems that users report. Pakcik2 that worked in PPB are very excellence and full with experience. For second case that i found is internal fault. If the internal fault is happen, that is not relationships with TNB. We are not authorized.

There are many wire/cable type that should know :
1) 1x16 + 25mmp
2)3x16 +25 mmp
3)3x185 + 16 + 120mmp
4)3x35 + 25mmp
5)3x70 +50mmp
6)3x95 + 16 + 70mmp
7)3x95 +70mmp

I will give simple explanation. Look at 1) 1x16 + 25mmp.. 16 mean size of wires, and 25mmp mean size of neutral wire. So, 1x mean that have 1 wire( 1 wire size 16mmp). So, that mean this type of wire contain 2 wire with neutral wire are bigger one..

Ok, second, we look at 3). 3x185 + 16 + 120mmp.. size wire are 185, we look at middle that 16, mean this is refer to public lamp wire. 3 at first mean 3phase, so, we have 3 wire.. In conclude, we can says that, this type of wire have 5 wire with public lamp wire is smallest one.. hehe..
I will give more explanation about this in logbook.. hehe

This are bacis wire. The function of wire i noted at logbook. Another wire that flow a 11kV and 33 kV is calling SASCA.

1 miggu Internship

(Tgn ak gelap, sbb nek moto dari Kajang-Bachok, lupa nk pakai sarung tangan)

Dah seminggu ak Internship kat TNB Bachok ni.. HUHU.. Kat bawah ni ak letak fakta2 menarik tentang intern ak :

1) Hari first lapor diri, ak duk saje2 sbb sume ketua2 bhgian xde kat office.. hehe

2) Pengurus cawangan p meeting kat ILSAS selama 1 miggu. Chief clerk ade hal kat luar bachok kot selama 3 hari sampai rabu. Ketua fomen plak masuk hospital, kena demam denggi katenya.

3) Hari rabu baru jumpa org besar kat TNB tu.. Miggu ni keje 4hari je.. Ak lapor diri hari isnin 5hb4. Kelantan start keje ari Ahad, jumaat cuti beb.. hehe.. Hari selasa kena introduce myself kat sume staff, ak ckp kelantan je.. Huhu.. Klau formal2 takut pakcik2 xphm plak.. Pagi2 ade roll Call.. sume kena kumpul.. huhu.. Hari khamis plak ade aktiviti sukan selama 1 jam.. hehe..

4) Hari pertama, pakcik Zul belanja makan. Legaaa..Save duit ak. Ari kedua Abg Yo plak belanja.. wakakakakaka.. Mewah2.. Duk kg ni best, pagi2 kete pun kurang, makanan pun murah..

5) Miggu first duk dalam office bahagian pusat pengurusan bekalan (PPB)@ Supply Management Center. AK belajar cara2 nk simpan data dalam system TNB kalau2 ade org buat aduan. Nme sistem tu TOMS. (TNB Outage Management System). Klau korang call 15454, talian ni terus ke ibupejabat kat KL tu. Pastu baru send kat cawangan yg berdekatan dgn masalah tu. TOMS leh tgk sume masalah yg diseluruh Malaysia.. Hehe.. Klau Bangi xde elektrik ak leh tau gak.. huhu

6) Kalau nk report masalah bekalan, jgn kasi alamat rmh.. sbb kami xjumpa cari.. Bagi ke no tiang TNB tu.. confirm dapat cari.. Hehe.. Staff kat sini mmg expert bab2 no tiang ni, ckp je no ape, tentu tahu kawasan mana.. hehe

7) Aku kat sini dengan Fazly iaitu budak uniten gak.. hehe.. Nnti ko pandai ler ckp kltn fazly..

8) Aku xkesah dpt gaji ke x, janji blh dpt ilmu dan pengalaman. tak kira dimana kite berada, janji paham dan boleh buat ape yg perlu.

9) Ayah ak kasi duit RM10 sehari.. Padahal waktu rehat ak balik rmh mkn nasi.. wakakaka.. Rmh ak ke bandar bachok dlm 8 km je.. 10 minit dah sampai.. Kat sini bknnya busy mcm KL and Bangi tu.. Hehe. rm10x30 hari ak dpt, rm300.. Mcm dpat gaji gak.. hehe..

10) Nnti nk hbs LI ni, ak diwajibkan buat presentation kat TNB Bachok ni.. Huh, kena perah otak lagi.

11) Pakcik2 kat sini mmg sporting giller.. Blh buat kawan lagi.. Huhu.. Setakat ni baru jumpa geng fauld founder.. Diorang mmg pakar.. wayar PVC, ABC, 1phase, 3pahse.. wayar 1/16, 3/32.. sume tau, ak mmg respect dgn pengalaman mereka.. Nak komunikasi pun senang. Kesian kat fazly, senyap je.. Huhu..

12) Harapan ak nk kuruskan badan nampaknya makin tipis.. Asyik makan je.. adehh..

13) Miggu depan baru ak kluar p site.. Huhu.. jlan2 n ambil gambar je ak kali ni huhu..

14) Lepas waktu keje, p pantai irama,bachok.. Dekat je dlm 2km.. Makan kopok lekor, sotong, air kelapa susu, ketam.. hehe.. Ptg2 blh menikmati keindahan pantai.. hehe..

Latihan Industri 3 Bulan

Huh, pejam celik pejam celik, ak dah nk LI upenya.. haih.. Tak perasan la plak.. Dengan ini ak nk ckp kat sini, untuk 3 bulan akn datang dari 5 April 2010 hingga 25 Jun 2010, blog ni rasminya tuk LI ak je.. Lepas 3 bulan, blog ni akn berfungsi seperti biasa..

Ak sebenarnya blh byk pilihan tuk LI ni.. tapi naseb tak menyebalahi ak, company yg call ak sume ak xjawab calling tu.. Bkn ak xnk jawab, tapi ak sempat nk jawab.. Ade time tu ak tertido, ade jgk ak duk tgh solat, ade jgk ak duk dlm kuliah, mane sempat nk jawab. Lagipon, ak sbnarnya xnk buat LI kat KL and Bnagi ni.. bek ak buat kat kg je.. lagi best. makan percuma, blh jumpa ehem2 yg sopan.. hehe.. ak dpt LI kat tnb bachok je.. hehe.. ingat ak sorang je kat tnb bachok tu, tapi naseb bek ade member jgk.. hehe..

AF (Akademi Fasilitator) di Bagan Lalang

Thn ni Program Akademi Fasilitator (AF) dijalankan diluar Uniten. Biasanya AF dijalankan didalam Uniten dan memakan mase yg agak lama iaitu 3-6 mggu. Jadi thn ini dibawah Ketua Pengarah Program (KP), Wan Firdaus, AF buat pertama kalinya diadakan diluar uniten. Dulu untuk mendapatkan sijil, perlu menghadiri at least 3 mggu, skg ni perlu pergi selama 3 hari je.. hehe.. kan mudah tuuu.. Ak sebagai board AF mmg berpuas hati apa yg dilalui.. Semua perancangan berjalan dgn lancar sekali.. Namun ade juga kekurangan yg berlaku.. Tapi blh ak katakan program yg plg berjaya penah ak join.. hehe.. Dilaksanakan dalam bahase Inggeris dan monoriti shj bhs Melayu sudah cukup berjaya dalam AF. Trima kasih pada Tasya(K.Biro Program) kerana menjalankan tugas yg diamanahkan dengan penuh tanggungjawab.. ak nk tolong conduct peserta pun payah, phm2 je la BI ak mcm mana, skit2 tu blh la.. wakakakaka.. Pertama sekali ak ucapkan t.ksih pada peserta yg sanggunp mengorbankan sedikit cuti semester anda untuk hadir ke program ni.. Sape2 exco wwsn yg tak pegi mmg rugi la.. hehe.. Thanks juga pada alumni yg sanggup dtg, walaupun ade yg sampai pd lewat malam.. Thanks kat korang..
